Keystone Construction, David, came to our rescue after we were let down by another builder. He was quick to give us his quote and managed to squeeze us in his busy work load. Both he and his workmen are reliable, punctual and hard working, even refusing “brews” because they wanted to get on. The standard of work is very good and the workers cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis.

David and his team were the only one of several firms to correctly identify a problem (existing conservatory built over the cavity wall trays leading to water flooding in over the internal doors) and who were willing to address it due to a sloping apex roof, The roof was replaced with a flat roof, cavity trays installed so that water ran onto the roof and therefore to the gutters, interior ceiling fitted, ceiling and water-damaged plasterwork replaced. Superb job and at a reasonable price. Would recommend without hesitation.

We used David for the building work needed to have bifold doors fitted. From our first meeting, David was professional, friendly and gave us a lot of confidence. Keystone construction completed a side and rear extension on our bungalow including extending the kitchen and bathroom, demolishing old garage and erecting side extension of boot room, utility room and garden room. The completed project is of a very high standard and even my neighbours have commented on the excellent brickwork. We are so happy with our newly extended and re-designed open plan kitchen/diner/living space.
David and his team have given us the perfect environment to enjoy family life to the full, we can now cook, play with the kids, and watch our favourite programs together, I don’t think we have been in the living room since!
David offered us his advice and guidance throughout the whole project as well as managing all the aspects of the build, from digging out at the start to polishing the cupboards to our new kitchen right at the end.
We were apprehensive at first about remanding in the house while all the work as being done, especially with two young kids, but David ensured us at the end of each day that everything was left spotless and clean as possible, really minimising the impact on our day to day living.
Even when the odd glitch came up, which will happen on any build, he found a solution straight away and with urgency.
I would hesitate recommending David and his team to friends and family.
